1. The duties of the President include, in particular, representing the volunteer fire brigade externally, managing all the work of the management board, and signing agreements, instruments, powers of attorney and financial documents on behalf of the volunteer fire brigade. 2. The duties of the Vice-President include, in particular: in the absence of the President or where the President is unable to perform the function, taking over the President’s duties and powers; supervising matters related to the assigned issues and representing the management board of the volunteer fire brigade externally in these matters upon obtaining the President’s consent; and, after prior consultation with the President, signing correspondence concerning the matters being handled and representing the volunteer fire brigade externally in these matters. 3.
