Manner of representation

§29. The powers of the Main Management Board include: 1) representing the Association externally. §54 1. Two members of the Presidium of the Main Management Board acting jointly, including the Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson, are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the Association. 2. Declarations concerning the property matters of the Association require, for their validity, the signature of two persons: the Chairperson or one of the Deputy Chairpersons of the Main Management Board and the treasurer or another authorised member of the Main Management Board. 3. The Chairperson of the Main Management Board or, in the event of their absence, the Deputy Chairperson represents the Association externally in matters not referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2. 4. In disputes between the Association and a member of the Main Management Board, the Association is represented by a member of the Main Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that committee, or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the Delegates’ Assembly. 5. Paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall apply accordingly to the branches of the Association. In disputes between the Association and a member of the governing bodies of a branch, the Association is represented by a member of the Branch Audit Committee indicated in a resolution of that body.
