Manner of representation

§ 32 of the Articles of Association: the responsibilities of the management board include: a) representing the society externally and acting on its behalf. § 52 of the Articles of Association: a) Declarations of will in financial and property matters are signed on behalf of the society jointly by the President, or, under the President's authorisation and acting in his stead, by a member of the management board, and the treasurer, or, under the treasurer's authorisation and acting in his stead, by a member of the management board. b) Other documents concerning legal acts are signed jointly by two members of the management board.
