Manner of representation

1. The following persons are authorised to make declarations of will in property matters: the Chairperson of the union's management board and other persons authorised by the union's management board. 3. In matters exceeding the scope of statutory management of the assets, in particular the acquisition, disposal, transfer or liquidation of the union's fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting/Delegates' Assembly is required. 2. The declarations of will referred to in paragraph 1 require joint action by two persons.
