Manner of representation

The management board is competent to represent the association externally. For their validity, powers of attorney for the performance of the entrusted tasks referred to in § 15 point 7 require two signatures of members of the association’s management board jointly, including one signature of the President or Vice-President of the association. A power of attorney is granted for a fixed period not exceeding 12 months. For their validity, agreements and all declarations of will giving rise to financial obligations or changes to the association’s assets require either two signatures of members of the management board jointly or two signatures of persons holding valid powers of attorney referred to in § 15 point 7.
