Manner of representation

The management board conducts the association's affairs and represents the association. Joint action by two members of the management board is required to make declarations on behalf of the association. A member of the management board may independently make declarations of will on behalf of the association in matters involving ordinary activities through which the association incurs an obligation or disposes of a right with a value not exceeding PLN 2,000. Declarations made to the association and service of documents on the association may be effected vis-à-vis one member of the management board.
