Manner of representation

The management board of the trade union is authorised to represent the trade union. The joint action of two members of the trade union’s management board, acting jointly, including the Chairperson or the Deputy Chairperson, is required to make declarations of will in property matters. Members of the trade union’s management board and other persons holding a power of attorney from the trade union’s management board are authorised to perform legal representation, with the scope of authority being specified precisely in the power of attorney.
