Manner of representation

To represent the association, and in particular to make declarations of will on behalf of the association, including incurring property obligations, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, the President of the Management Board and another member of the management board acting jointly, or the Vice-President of the Management Board and another member of the management board acting jointly, are authorised, provided that in agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting.
