Manner of representation

A. Until the foundation board is appointed by the Foundation Council, the founders perform the functions of members of the foundation board. B. Subject to paragraphs C and D, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted independently by the President of the foundation or by two members of the management board acting jointly. C. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters concerning the disposal of a right or the incurring of obligations with a value not exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by the President of the foundation independently. D. In matters related to the disposal of a right or the incurring of obligations with a value exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by the President of the foundation acting jointly with another member of the management board.
