Manner of representation

Before courts, state administrative authorities and representatives of other associations, as well as third parties, both natural and legal persons, and in the sphere of making declarations of will, the association is represented by two members of the management board or their attorneys-in-fact. The power of attorney for persons who are not members of the management board but are to render services on behalf of the association may be granted only by a resolution of the management board. The Chairperson of the Management Board or the Deputy Chairperson together with the treasurer, acting jointly, or one of them together with another member of the management board or an attorney-in-fact of a member of the management board, acting jointly, is authorized to incur obligations.
