Manner of representation

1. For the validity of a declaration of will, as well as all letters concerning rights and obligations not exceeding PLN 1,500 (in words: one thousand five hundred złoty), the signature of one member of the management board is required. 2. For the validity of a declaration of will, as well as all letters concerning property rights and obligations, excluding the disposal of property rights, exceeding PLN 1,500 (in words: one thousand five hundred złoty), the signatures of two members of the management board are required. 3. For the validity of the disposal of property rights exceeding PLN 10,000 (in words: ten thousand złoty), the consent of the General Meeting of Members is required. 4. For the validity of other letters and documents, the signature of one member of the management board is required.
