Manner of representation

1. Subject to points 2 and 3, declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly; 2. In matters not related to incurring property obligations, declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation may be made independently by a member of the management board of the Foundation or an attorney-in-fact authorised by the management board, within the scope of the powers of attorney granted; 3. Declarations of will on behalf of the Foundation concerning property obligations up to PLN 3,000 (three thousand zlotys) may be made independently by a member of the management board of the Foundation.
