Manner of representation

1. The association is represented by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairpersons. 2. The presidium of the management board of the association may authorise other persons to represent the association, specifying the scope of such authorisation. 3. In the association's day-to-day activities, the organisation is represented by the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or persons authorised by the management board. 4. The authorisation to incur financial obligations on behalf of the association is vested in the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson acting jointly, up to the amount determined by a resolution of the management board of the association. 5. The authorisation to incur financial obligations is vested in the Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson acting jointly only up to the value of the assets held by the association. 6. The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson or a person holding a power of attorney granted by the Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson is authorised to conduct legal representation.
