1. Pursuant to Order No. 28.2021 of the Starosta Pińczowski dated 14.04.2026 on the introduction of the Rules for awarding public contracts with a value below PLN 170 000 net, the contracting authority orders, and the contractor undertakes to prepare the documentation necessary to notify the Land and Mortgage Register Department for plots whose land and building register data included in Section I of the land and mortgage registers have changed. 2. The documents shall be prepared as an extract from the land register containing the new data (plot number, land-use classification, area), an excerpt from the cadastral map, and the necessary notification of the change and covering letter (complete set in paper form). 3. For plots for which comments were submitted during the public display of the descriptive and cartographic survey and were rejected, or where objections were submitted to data in the land and building register disclosed in the descriptive and cartographic survey, the contractor shall conduct detailed consultations with the contracting authority. 4. The documents shall be prepared for the Zagorzyce precinct, Pińczów – rural area cadastral unit, and for the following precincts: Biskupice, Kostrzeszyn, Pełczyska, Stawiszyce, Wojsławice, Wola Chroberska and Złota, Złota cadastral unit. These precincts were covered by the modernization of the land and building register completed in June 2026. 5. Extracts and map excerpts shall be prepared for 119 plots (change of area) and for 297 plots (before demarcation of the area occupied by “Wp”).
