Manner of representation

1. To submit declarations of will on behalf of the association concerning current organisational matters, correspondence with offices and matters connected with incurring liabilities up to PLN 3,000.00 (three thousand zlotys), the joint action of two members of the management board is required. 2. To submit all other declarations of will on behalf of the association and sign agreements connected with incurring liabilities exceeding PLN 3,000.00 (three thousand zlotys), the joint action of two members of the management board, including always the President of the Management Board, is required.
