Manner of representation

Management board (directorate) of the foundation manages the foundation’s activities and represents it externally. 1. Subject to paragraph 2, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by two members of the management board (directorate) acting jointly. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property liabilities exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by the director of the management board (directorate) of the foundation.
