Manner of representation

The partners are entitled to conduct the current affairs of the partnership and to represent the partnership in this scope. In matters exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the partnership, joint representation by two partners is required. Matters exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the partnership include, in particular: a. incurring liabilities on behalf of the partnership in an amount exceeding PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys and 00/100 grosz); b. disposing of the partnership’s assets in an amount exceeding PLN 2,500.00 (in words: two thousand five hundred zlotys and 00/100 grosz); c. concluding employment contracts with the partnership’s employees; d. acquiring and disposing of real estate; e. leasing premises for the partnership’s activities.
