Manner of representation

To submit declarations of will on behalf of the company, where the company’s management board is: a) one-person, the following are authorised: – the President of the Management Board independently; – an independent commercial proxy independently; b) multi-member, with regard to the company’s property rights and obligations up to and including PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zloty), and in non-property matters, one member of the company’s management board independently or an independent commercial proxy independently is authorised; however, where the declarations of will concern the company’s property rights above PLN 50,000 (fifty thousand zloty), the following are authorised: – two members of the management board acting jointly; – a member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy.
