Manner of representation

The company is represented by the general partner in all court and out-of-court matters. If there is more than one general partner in the company, each general partner may independently accept declarations addressed to the company. The general partner is a limited liability company; consequently, the limited partnership is represented by the management board of the general partner in the following manner: each member of the management board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will concerning property rights and obligations and to sign on behalf of the company. The current members of the management board of the general partner are: Mr Krzysztof Popławski – President of the Management Board, and Mr Rafał Marek Ciesielski – Vice-President of the Management Board.
