Manner of representation

1. Each partner has the right to represent the company. Each partner is authorised independently to dispose of assets and incur obligations up to PLN 1,000. Above this amount, the joint action of all partners is required. In the case of partners incurring obligations to provide long-term periodic performances for a period longer than three months, the value of the obligation incurred by the partner is deemed to be the sum of the values of the periodic performances for three full calendar months. The above applies to all disposals made by a partner. 2. Establishing an employment relationship or another relationship on the basis of which a third party will provide work or similar services for the company requires the joint action of all partners.
