Manner of representation

In external relations, in all judicial and extrajudicial matters connected with the conduct of the enterprise, comprising ordinary activities, the company shall be represented by the general partner, the company under the business name BRP-VG sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. Matters exceeding the scope of the company’s ordinary activities require the consent of all partners. The members of the management board of BRP-VG sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw are: Zbigniew Ryszard Paluszak – President of the Management Board, Dariusz Piotr Budziński – member of the management board. Each member of the management board of BRP-VG sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw is entitled to represent the company independently.
