Manner of representation

The company is represented by: I. in the case of the appointment of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board individually; II. in the case of a management board consisting of at least two persons: 1) the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board: in the case of disposing of a right or assuming pecuniary obligations to render a performance: a) not exceeding PLN 1,000,000 – individually; b) exceeding PLN 1,000,000 – jointly, by two persons; 2) a member of the management board who is neither the President of the Management Board nor the Vice-President of the Management Board: in the case of disposing of a right or assuming pecuniary obligations to render a performance: a) not exceeding PLN 200,000 – individually; b) exceeding PLN 200,000 and not exceeding PLN 1,000,000 – jointly, by two persons, with the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President of the Management Board; c) exceeding PLN 1,000,000 – jointly, by three persons, with the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board.
