Manner of representation

The President of the Management Board independently, or two members of the Association’s management board acting jointly, are authorised to represent the Association, make declarations of will, sign documents and perform all judicial and out-of-court acts, subject to the provisions of paragraph 6. All declarations of will entailing property-related obligations of the Association require, for their validity, the signature of the President of the Management Board independently and the treasurer, or of two members of the Association’s management board acting jointly and the treasurer.
