Manner of representation

1. If the management board is a one-person management board, the foundation is represented by the President of the Management Board acting individually. If the management board is a multi-member management board, subject to section 2, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 2. In employment matters, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be made individually by the President of the foundation. The President of the Management Board may individually incur, on behalf of the foundation, a liability not exceeding PLN 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand zlotys) in such matters; in these matters, the remaining members of the management board make declarations on behalf of the foundation in accordance with section 1.
