Manner of representation

The person authorized to represent the company and conduct its affairs is the company operating under the name KOSPAN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Ciasna (general partner). KOSPAN SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ is represented by a management board consisting of Marek Kąpała as President of the Management Board and Tomasz Sygulek and Adam Najgebauer as members of the management board, and the method of representation is as follows: – in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; – in the case of a multi-member management board – for entering into any agreements and making declarations of will resulting in the assumption of obligations or disposal of a right, as well as for the acquisition of fixed assets up to PLN 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand zlotys), each member of the management board is authorized to act independently, whereas above this amount the President of the Management Board independently or two members of the management board jointly, or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy.
