Manner of representation

1. For submitting declarations of will on behalf of the association in all non-property-related matters and in property-related matters up to PLN 7,000 (in words: seven thousand zlotys), the signature of one member of the management board is sufficient. 2. For submitting declarations of will in property-related matters exceeding PLN 7,000 (in words: seven thousand zlotys) up to PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys), at least two signatures of members of the management board acting jointly are required. 3. For granting a power of attorney and submitting declarations of will in property-related matters exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys), at least three signatures of members of the management board acting jointly are required. 4. In the case of declarations of will concerning the incurring of obligations exceeding PLN 100,000 (in words: one hundred thousand zlotys), the consent of the audit committee is additionally required.
