Manner of representation

1. Agreements and all declarations of will that entail financial obligations in an amount not exceeding the equivalent of PLN 200.00 require, for their validity, the signature of the President, or the signatures of two authorised persons: one of the Vice-Presidents acting jointly with the treasurer. 2. Agreements and all declarations of will that entail financial obligations in an amount exceeding the equivalent of PLN 200.00 require, for their validity, the signatures of two authorised persons: the President acting jointly with one of the Vice-Presidents or with the treasurer, or one Vice-President acting jointly with the treasurer. 3. The President, or the Vice-President, the Secretary or a member of the management board, are authorised to sign other documents.
