In the case of a multi-member management board, the President of the Management Board or the Vice-President independently, or two members of the management board jointly, are authorised to submit declarations of will and perform legal acts, including in property matters, up to the amount of PLN 10,000. The President, Vice-President and members of the management board are obliged to act in agreement with the management board as a whole. In the case of a multi-member management board, the foundation must be represented by all members of the management board for the submission of declarations of will and performance of legal acts on behalf of the foundation in property matters exceeding PLN 10,000.
