Manner of representation

The right to conduct the affairs of the partnership and to represent it vis-à-vis third parties is vested in the general partners. The general partners may make declarations of will, sign documents and conclude agreements on behalf of the partnership, acting jointly, if more than one general partner participates in the partnership. If one general partner participates in the partnership, that general partner is entitled to conduct the affairs of the partnership and to represent it in all matters vis-à-vis third parties. The general partner of the partnership is Pro Publico spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Chełm, represented by the management board. If a multi-member management board is appointed, each member of the management board and the commercial proxy is authorised to make property-related and non-property-related declarations of will and to sign on behalf of the company independently. The persons authorised to represent the general partner–Pro Publico spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością–are President of the Management Board Przemysław Ireneusz Szostak and Vice-President of the Management Board Jerzy Jan Dziewa.
