Manner of representation

In the case of a multi-member management board, the President or the Vice-President of the foundation, acting independently on behalf of the foundation, is authorized individually to submit declarations of will, incur property obligations up to PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys) and in matters concerning the employment of employees. In matters concerning property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), a declaration by two members of the management board acting jointly is required, provided that one of the members must be the President or the Vice-President.
