Manner of representation

1. The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President, is required for making declarations of will concerning the association’s property rights and obligations and for signing agreements and obligations on its behalf. 2. The signature of the President of the Management Board or the signatures of two members of the management board are required for the validity of other letters and documents. 3. The treasurer and the President of the Management Board or the President’s deputy are authorised to dispose of the bank account.
