If more than one person has been appointed to the management board, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to section 3, are made by two members of the management board acting jointly. 3. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not related to incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 5,000 (five thousand), the President of the Management Board may independently make declarations of will on behalf of the foundation. 4. All declarations of will of the President of the Management Board made in writing require, for their validity, the prior countersignature of one of the members of the Foundation Council. 5. All legal acts concerning the representation and management of the foundation whose value exceeds PLN 3,000 (three thousand) require, for their validity, the prior countersignature of one of the members of the Foundation Council. Acts of this kind are treated as exceeding ordinary management.
