Manner of representation

The right to represent the company is vested exclusively in the general partner, namely KRASPOL spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Police, which is represented by a management board comprising the President of the Management Board – Andrii Krasnikov. 1. If a one-person management board is appointed, the President of the Management Board is authorised independently to make declarations of will on behalf of the company and to sign agreements on behalf of the company. 2. If a multi-member management board is appointed, the following persons are authorised to make declarations of will on behalf of the company and to sign agreements on behalf of the company: 1) the President of the Management Board independently up to a value of PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zlotys); 2) the President of the Management Board acting jointly with another member of the management board or a commercial proxy, for a value exceeding PLN 100,000 (one hundred thousand zlotys); 3) two other members of the management board acting jointly, or another member of the management board acting jointly with a commercial proxy. 3. In other matters, if a multi-member management board is appointed, the joint action of two members of the management board or one member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy is required to make declarations of will on behalf of the company and to sign agreements on behalf of the company.
