Manner of representation

The following persons are authorised to submit declarations, incur liabilities and dispose of rights on behalf of the company: a) in the case of a one-person management board – the President of the Management Board independently; b) in the case of a multi-member management board: – in matters concerning the incurring of liabilities or the disposal of rights whose value does not exceed PLN 25,000 (twenty-five thousand), each member of the management board independently; – in matters concerning the incurring of liabilities or the disposal of rights whose value exceeds PLN 25,000 (twenty-five thousand), the President of the Management Board and the Vice-President of the Management Board jointly.
