Manner of representation

The following are authorised to submit declarations of will: 1. If the foundation’s management board consists of three persons, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation, subject to paragraph 3, are submitted by two female members/two male members of the foundation’s management board acting jointly. 2. In matters concerning the employment of employees and in matters not connected with incurring pecuniary liabilities exceeding PLN 5,000.00 (five thousand zlotys), declarations of will on behalf of the foundation may be submitted independently by one female member/one male member of the management board. 3. If the foundation’s management board consists of two persons, declarations of will on behalf of the foundation are submitted by one female member/one male member of the management board acting independently. 4. Agreements concluded with a member of the management board, including the President of the Management Board, require representation of the foundation by two other members of the management board. 5. If the management board consists of two members, agreements concluded with a member of the management board require representation by the other member of the management board.
