Manner of representation

1. The President of the management board acting jointly with a member of the management board, or an attorney-in-fact appointed jointly by the President of the management board and a member of the management board and acting within the scope of the written authorisation, are authorised to submit declarations of will on behalf of the association, including to incur obligations and dispose of the association’s property. 2. The conclusion of an agreement, loan, credit or other agreement resulting in the establishment of a mortgage, pledge, usufruct or easement on the association’s property requires a resolution of the general meeting of the association’s members. 3. The consent of the general meeting of the members is required to authorise the persons indicated in point 1 to perform acts resulting in the creation of obligations or constituting a disposition of property if the value of the obligation or property exceeds the equivalent of EUR 15,000.00, except for expenses provided for in the budget approved by the management board for a given financial year.
