Manner of representation

The right to represent the company is vested solely in the partner bearing unlimited liability for the company's obligations (the general partner). Limited partners may represent the company on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the general partner. The person authorised to represent the company is the general partner, namely the company under the business name Oaksons spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw, which may represent the company independently. Each member of the management board is authorised to make declarations of will and sign on behalf of the company under the business name Oaksons spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością independently. Currently, the management board of the general partner consists of Tomasz Józef Sawicki – President of the Management Board, and Viktor Zelinskyy – member of the management board.
