Manner of representation

The company is represented by the partners according to the following rules: A. in matters not exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company, by each of the partners acting independently, with the consent of the partner, advocate Bartłomiej Jankowski; B. in matters exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company, by the partner, advocate Bartłomiej Jankowski. Matters exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company include: A. incurring obligations and disposing of rights exceeding the equivalent of EUR 20,000 (in words: twenty thousand euros)–in the case of agreements concluded for a definite period, this limitation applies to the total of all performances during that period, and in the case of agreements concluded for an indefinite period, to the total of all performances for a period of one year (whereby concluding or terminating cooperation agreements with other advocates, legal advisers, tax advisers or other lawyers is not considered an activity exceeding the scope of the ordinary activities of the company); B. commissioning accounting and tax services to an external entity; C. concluding, amending and terminating lease agreements; D. establishing any security interests over the company's assets, including over the enterprise or its organised part; E. granting commercial procuration, a general power of attorney, a generic power of attorney or a power of attorney to perform any of the activities listed in points A–D above.
