This subclass includes:
- legal representation of the interests of one party against another, before courts or other adjudicating bodies, carried out by persons who are members of the Bar or under their supervision:
- advice and representation in civil matters,
- advice and representation in criminal matters,
- advice and representation in connection with labour disputes,
- legal advice and general consultation, preparation of legal documents in the field of:
- statutes, contracts, agreements and other documents related to business operations,
- patent and copyright documentation,
- preparation of other legal documents, for example wills, powers of attorney,
- activities of notaries, bailiffs, arbitrators, patent attorneys, legal advisers,
- legal mediation activities,
- activities of appointed legal guardians, without provision of home care.
