Manner of representation

1. To make declarations of will concerning the Club's proprietary rights and obligations, as well as to sign agreements and incur obligations on its behalf, the following is required: ¤ within the scope of ordinary management of the Club's assets up to and including a value of EUR 100, a declaration by one authorised member of the management board; ¤ within the scope of ordinary management of the Club's assets with a value exceeding EUR 100 but not exceeding EUR 1,000, the joint action of two authorised members of the management board; ¤ within the scope of ordinary management of the Club's assets with a value exceeding EUR 1,000, a resolution of the management board and the joint action of two authorised members of the management board. 2. For the validity of other letters and documents, only the signature of the President of the Club or a member of the management board authorised by the President is required.
