Manner of representation

The Chairperson of the management board and other persons authorized by the management board of the union are authorized to make declarations of will in property matters. The effective making of a declaration of will requires the joint action of two members of the management board, including the Chairperson of the management board. In matters exceeding the ordinary scope of management of the property, in particular in matters concerning the acquisition, disposal and transfer of fixed assets, a resolution of the General Meeting of Members of the management board is required.
