Manner of representation

The management board is represented by the Chairperson of the management board or the Vice-Chairperson, or a person authorised by a resolution of the management board, within the scope of that authorisation. Two members of the management board acting jointly, or one member of the management board and a person authorised by a resolution of the management board acting jointly, are authorised to make declarations of will, including to conclude contracts or agreements with the employer, and to make declarations of will in property matters.
