Manner of representation

The following are authorised independently to represent the association in non-property-related matters, including signing documents: the President, the Deputy President, the treasurer and the secretary. The joint action of two members of the management board, including the President or the Deputy President, is required to represent the association in property-related matters, to make declarations of will, including concluding agreements, incurring liabilities and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association.
