In the case of a one-person management board, to make declarations on behalf of the company: - in the case of incurring obligations or disposing of a right with a value lower than PLN 4,000.00 (four thousand złoty), both in a single transaction and in a series, a member of the management board is authorised independently; - in the case of incurring obligations or disposing of a right with a value higher than PLN 4,000.00 (four thousand złoty), both in a single transaction and in a series, a member of the management board together with a commercial proxy is authorised. In the case of a multi-member management board, to make declarations on behalf of the company: - in the case of incurring obligations or disposing of a right with a value lower than PLN 4,000.00 (four thousand złoty), both in a single transaction and in a series, each member of the management board is authorised independently; - in the case of incurring obligations or disposing of a right with a value higher than PLN 4,000.00 (four thousand złoty), both in a single transaction and in a series, two members of the management board or a member of the management board jointly with a commercial proxy are authorised.
