Manner of representation

1. Declarations of will in non-property matters on behalf of the union are made by: 1) the President, known as the Grand Hetman, independently; 2) or the General Director, known as the Grand Chancellor, independently. 2. The following are authorised to incur property and financial liabilities on behalf of the union: 1) the President, known as the Grand Hetman, independently; 2) or the General Director, known as the Grand Chancellor, independently. 3. The Presidium of the Management Board, or the President independently, or the General Director independently, may grant an attorney-in-fact authority to represent the union to third parties in writing, subject to nullity.
