Manner of representation

Each member of the management board is authorized to make declarations of will in all matters, including incurring pecuniary obligations, concluding agreements and granting powers of attorney on behalf of the association, provided that, for the validity of declarations of will, the granting of powers of attorney and the incurring of pecuniary obligations, including the conclusion of agreements, arrangements or letters concerning pecuniary rights and obligations exceeding PLN 10,000.00, action by two members of the management board jointly is required.
