Manner of representation

In the case of a one-person management board, the President is authorized to represent the foundation independently. In the case of a multi-member management board, the following persons are authorized to represent the foundation: in matters concerning the disposal of a right or the undertaking of an obligation to render a performance with a value not exceeding PLN 50,000 (in words: fifty thousand złoty), each member of the management board independently; and in matters concerning the disposal of a right or the undertaking of an obligation to render a performance with a value exceeding the aforementioned amount, the President independently or two other members of the management board jointly. The exclusive competence of the President includes concluding employment contracts with the foundation's employees, contracts of mandate and specific-task contracts.
