Manner of representation

1. To submit declarations of will, including incurring financial obligations, on behalf of the association, the President or two members of the management board acting jointly are authorised. 2. Declarations of will submitted on behalf of the association resulting in: 1) dispositions of components of the association’s assets exceeding PLN 10,000 in value (ten thousand zloty 00/100); 2) the association incurring property obligations exceeding PLN 10,000 in value (ten thousand zloty 00/100) – require the joint action of two members of the management board, including the President. 3. In agreements between the association and a member of the management board and in disputes with such member, the association is represented by a member of the audit committee indicated in a resolution of that body or by an attorney-in-fact appointed by a resolution of the general meeting of members.
