Niestety, w dniu 03.07.2023 roku właściciel hali wypowiedział umowę najmu ze skutkiem natychmiastowym. Spółka zmuszona była rozwiązać umowy z firmami podnajmującymi powierzchnie magazynowe oraz częśc biurową, w związku z czym utraciła źródło przychodu, zmuszona była zwolnić pracowników oraz zakończyła działalność operacyjną. Zarząd Spółki złożył do Sądu wniosek o ogłoszenie upadłości w związku z utratą źródła przychodu, a tym samym powstaniem niewypłacalności Spółki. Wniosek został oddalony przez Sąd w dniu 23.11.2023 roku. Od tamtego czasu, sytuacja Spółki nie uległa poprawie.
