In the case of a one-person management board, the President of the Management Board acting independently is authorised to submit declarations of will concerning the foundation's proprietary and non-proprietary rights and obligations and to represent the foundation in and out of court; in the case of a multi-member management board, the following are authorised to submit declarations of will concerning the foundation's proprietary and non-proprietary rights and obligations and to represent the foundation in and out of court: in matters concerning proprietary rights and obligations above PLN 10,000, two members of the management board acting jointly, and in all other cases, each member of the management board acting independently.
